This page is available to all customers for the purpose of finding the Certificate Authority (CA) Reference of an SSL Certificate which was submitted via any of our ordering systems.
Important : Enter the order number and the e-mail address of the account owner at the time the initial SSL Certificate license request was submitted. You must complete the security verification, subsequently the details on record are sent to that e-mail address only if the record exists.
Enter the order number shown on your order confirmation or invoice, such as R16US1974R, or your eight-digit legacy order number. This is not the Certificate Authority (CA) Reference.
Enter the e-mail address of the account the order was placed under.
